Terms of payment and cancellation rules

We thank you for your booking and kindly ask you to observe the general terms and conditions of our campsite.

Terms and conditions of cancellation of individual (standard) offer - Mobile home:

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.

If you do not have a credit card a guarantee prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required.

For clients without credit cards - guarantee down payment by wire transfer to our account has to be done at least 7 days prior to arrival.

For clients without credit cards - guarantee down payment by wire transfer to our account has to be done at least 7 days after making reservation.

Accommodation rates do not include local tax and service charges.

Check-in time is after 16:00 on arrival date.

Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure date.

The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only. There may be differences when paying the final bill at the reception of the campsite in croatian kuna, since the euro is still not the official currency in the Republic of Croatia. Prices expressed in euros are for information only and are subject to change due to exchange rate differences during the year.

Should you wish to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do it online, subject to Cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations resulting from fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or where it apears they contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Cancellation policy:

The reservation will be held till 21:00 on a day of arrival.

In case of no show we charge cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.

In case of cancellation 365-30 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee o f0% of the reservation value.

In case of cancellation 29-15 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 1 overnight in selected accommodation.

In case of cancellation 14-7 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation value.

In case of cancellation 6-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.

These apply to all bookings made through our web booking form.

CAMPING PITCH

• A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.

• In case of no show we charge cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value
• In case of cancellation 365-7days before arrival, we dont’ charge a cancellation fee
• In case of cancellation 6-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% from the guarantee value
• Check-in time is after 12:00 on arrival date
• Check-out time is before 11:00 on departure date
• Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
